The Most Simplest of All Spaghetti Aglio E Olio (or something like it)

Hurlo people! *krik krik*
Okaysss, so I'm back with a recipe post.
I reaaaaally love spaghetti aglio e olio (and every other pasta)
So I decided to share with you my recipe.
It's the most simplest thing you will ever make.
It's almost like a cheat for a fancy dish.
I'll stop talking and get straight to cooking!

Ingredients
Pasta (any pasta of your choice but spaghetti is what I use.)
Oil (traditionally, olive oil but any vege oil is ok and healthier.)
Couple of garlic (depends on how much you love garlic,
I use three medium one and minced coz I'm too lazy to slice it thinly.)
Chilli flakes (I bought dried chillis, pan roasted it and blitz it in a blender.)
Salt, Pepper, All-in-one seasoning.

Cook it!
1. In a pot, fill the pot half full of water and add a handful of salt. Cover it and wait for it to boil.
2. Take a pan, big enough to fit all the pasta you boiled. Heat until the pan smokes. Turn of the heat and pour in oil, around two tablespoons.
3. Add your pasta to your boiling water and don't cover it. Then, add your minced garlic to the pan of oil.
4. Stir both your pasta and garlic to avoid sticking and burning.
5. After your pasta is cooked, drain it and quickly add to your pan of garlic oil.
6. Turn up the heat to medium and add chilli flakes, seasoning and pepper to the pan.
7. Fry for a few minutes, mixing all the ingredients well.
8. Eat like you've never ate before.

This recipe is so simple yet delicious. You basically cannot go wrong with this.
It hurt me a little to see restaurants serving it at RM 15 something..
Try making this at home, you'll see how simple it is :D

I am a garlic lover hence so much garlic lol
This is just one forkful.

Hungry although I just ate it.....
Are you ready for the REAL amount that I make? xD

Up and into my mouth!

So, here you go spaghetti aglio e olio.

Oh, if you're vegetarian, omit the sausages.
I just add it for more things to bite (lol)
You can add bacon too.. ahh bacon :D
